Total rip-off
This platform seems easy and cheap at first but the infrastructure keeps crashing more and more often everytime but the guy on customer service doesn't care. The replies for customer assistance are days late and as brioef as "Just read the manual" which does not ioncloudes the specific know-how information on how to take off their logo on our chatbot. The professional plan promisses that their Logo can be taken off but it just does not, doesn't matter what you do and there is no solution on the Manual and a decent answer is days away of your money fading away as well. Try this on your won but remember that you have been warned that it is a waste of time and money.
