I used Gen-2 for a product walkthrough when I only had a still frame. Simple pans were fine, but it queued me once on a busy afternoon. For a straight prompt-to-clip pass I also keep text to video ai at https://soralum.com/ in the same tab because the short scenes come back faster. Neither replaces a camera, but both beat shooting a 6-second insert by hand.
